Back Massage

Swedish

This is a relaxation, stress relief massage that eases tension in the first few layers of muscles in the body. Using medium to light pressure, it increases blood circulation, decreases pain, improves quality of sleep, eases anxiety, promotes relaxation, supports immunity, increases flexibility, range of motion and reduces stress.

Cupping

Cupping

Cupping is an ancient art dating back thousands of years. It uses suction to pull blood that's been trapped between compacted muscles to the surface, separating the muscles in the process. This promotes circulation and speeds up healing and recovery. It aids in breaking up both internal and external scar tissue, arthritis, separating compacted muscles and more.

Massage

Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue is a more intense type of massage than your average Swedish. Most people equate it with a painful massage, but that doesn't have to be the case. It consists of a firmer presser to access the deeper layers of muscle, and is used to break up scar tissue, aid in recovery after injury/surgery, ease arthritis, plantar fasciitis, chronic pain, frozen shoulder, sciatica, and much more.

Hot Stones

Hot Stones

Hot Stones, like Cups, have been used for thousands of years. They have a variety of uses, including easing pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, stiffness, stress, anxiety, aiding in circulation, sleeping disorders, fortifying the immune system, and decreasing muscle spasms.

Face Massage

TMJ

This is a lighter technique used to deal with jaw pain from TMJ, but is useful for much more than that. It can ease and relieve issues for people that suffer from a deviated septum, chronic migraines, and other sinus issues. For this type of massage, we start from the neck and work our way to the scalp and face. Gently applying pressure to the temples, we realign the sphenoid bone to release pressure in the sinuses before applying intraoral techniques to release the muscles inside the mouth and face and ease pain.

Sugar Scrub

Sugar Scrub

Sugar Scrubs have been around for centuries, used mainly for exfoliation, scrubbing away dead skin and toxins, and improving skin hydration. However, it's also got some other useful benefits you might not have heard of before: it also cleans wounds, reduces bacterial infection, and helps stop bleeding.

PNMT for Shoulder, Arm and Hand

Precision Neuromuscular Therapy (PNMT for short) is an advanced method of soft tissue therapy for muscular discomfort, pain, and limited range of motion. It relieves the muscles, tendons, ligaments, etc., in order to help facilitate and reintegrate forgotten and lost movements and flexibility. It's especially helpful with frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, golfers elbow, and nerve impingements.
